Pizzette… An easy appetiser.

Her er en opskrift på en super nem appetiser
Med meget få ingredienser kan du hurtigt lave to forskellige slags pizzette (mini pizzaer).

Du skal bruge:
En rulle færdiglavet pizzadej
Tomatsauce til pizza (hjemmelavet eller købt klar)
1 frisk mozzarella
Frisk persille
Frisk basilikum
Frisk timian
Balsamic glace
Parmesan ost

Tænd ovnen på max varme.
Skær pizzadejen ud i firkanter ca 5×5 cm og læg dem på bagepapir på en bageplade.
Smør tomatsauce på halvdelen.
Skær mozzarellaen ud i små tern, således at alle dejfirkanter har ost men kun halvdelen tomatsauce.
Bag den til dejen er gylden og osten er smeltet. Løft en op og se hvordan bunden ser ud, den skal helst være gylden her og der.
Tag dem ud af ovnen når de er færdigbagt.
Imens de køler af hakker du dine friske urter. Drys lidt af basilikumen på de røde pizzette, og drys en blanding af alle urterne på de hvide pizzette. Giv de hvide pizzette et par striber balsamic glace, og riv lidt parmesan henover.

Here’s a recipe for an easy appetiser.
With very few ingredients you can quickly make two kinds of pizzette (mini pizzas).

You need:
A roll of premade pizza dough
Tomato sauce for pizza (bought or home made, you choose)
1 mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley
Fresh basil
Fresh thyme
Balsamic glace
Parmesan cheese

Turn your oven on max heat
Cut the the pizza dough into squares of ca 5×5 centimetres, and put them on baking paper on a baking plate
Put tomato sauce on half of them.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes and distribute on all the little pizza squares.
This way all them have cheese, but only half have tomato sauce.
Bake them in the oven until the dough turns golden, and the cheese has melted. Lift one up and check how the bottom looks, it should be golden here and there.
Take them out of the oven, and while they cool down a little, finely cut the fresh herbs. Sprinkle a bit of the basil on the red pizzette, and put a mix of all the herbs on the white pizzette. Make a couple of stripes of balsamic glacé in the white pizzette, and grate a bit of Parmesan on top.

Serve and enjoy! 🙂
